Terms and Conditions

Information about our services and your use of the platform.

Admin and legal review required: Identify the contracting legal entity, governing law, age and eligibility rules, service commitments, cancellation rights, dispute route and effective date before publishing binding terms.

The platform

SkillfulWriters provides a catalogue of writing-related services with online requirements forms, credit quotations and a customer workspace. The available services and their options are those displayed in the active catalogue. This draft is an explanation of the current product flow, not a final customer contract.

Accounts and eligibility

Customers can register by email or use Google sign-in when that integration is available. Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate details. The administrator must set the minimum age, territorial eligibility and account-recovery obligations in the final terms.

Responsible and lawful use

Use the platform only for lawful purposes. Do not upload materials you have no right to use, harmful files, another person's confidential information without authority, or instructions intended to deceive an institution or other recipient. Follow your own academic, professional and organisational rules when using a document.

Requirements and submitted materials

Provide clear, accurate instructions and only the materials needed for your request. Some research and partial-chapter orders require approved chapters, source materials or customer decisions. Retain copies of your originals. The final terms must clarify licence, ownership and responsibility for customer-provided content.

Credits and quotations

Services are quoted in credits. A displayed currency equivalent is indicative unless it is the actual checkout price of a selected credit package. Confirm the final quote, package price and any applicable revision or add-on charge before proceeding. Signup credits, if configured, are granted according to the account workflow and are not a promise of a permanent promotion.

Orders and document access

A guest quotation is not a submitted order. After registration or sign-in, review the restored draft and submit the order through the authenticated flow. The workspace displays order and document status. Eligible completed documents may be exported as Word or PDF. The final terms need approved definitions of delivery, acceptance and support commitments.

AI-assisted work and review

Some workflows use automated AI services. Customers should check facts, sources, formatting and suitability before relying on the output. No grade, publication acceptance, plagiarism score or commercial outcome is promised. The final terms must explain the role of any human review and the treatment of errors.

Revisions, corrections and refunds

Eligible workspace actions may permit a chapter revision and may use credits. There is no verified general promise of free or unlimited revisions. Cancellation, correction and refund rights must be set out in an approved refund policy and remain subject to applicable law.

Intellectual property and permitted use

The final terms must identify ownership and permitted use of customer inputs, generated documents, platform branding and software. Do not publish ownership or exclusivity claims until reviewed.

Availability, account action and disputes

Online services may be interrupted or changed. The administrator must approve the circumstances for suspension or termination, notice procedures, dispute handling and governing jurisdiction. Nothing in final terms should remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Contact and updates

A verified support channel, legal operator and effective date are still required. Material changes to binding terms should be communicated using the approved process.
